Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Sale items are only eligible for store credit, not refunds.
How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, please contact us at service@misul.co with your order number and details of the item you'd like to return.
- Upon approval, you’ll receive the return address and instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- For international customers, the return must be shipped to our German warehouse.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at service@misul.co with photos and a description of the issue.
- We will send a replacement product at no additional cost once we verify the issue.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned product.
- Processing returns takes up to 7 days after the product arrives at our warehouse.
- You will be notified via email when your return has been processed.
- Please note that sale items are non-refundable and are only eligible for store credit.
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for shipping their returns to our German warehouse.
- Please ensure the return is well-packaged and trackable, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Exclusions
- Personalized, intimate, or final sale items cannot be returned.
